Investor & DD-Ready Sprint (Flagship)
Who it’s for
Founders who:
• Have real revenue or pilots
• Are raising roughly ₹1–10 Cr
• Expect investors, lenders or both to run serious due diligence
Phase 1 –
Diagnostic & risk mapping (Week 1–2)
Deep dive into MCA/RoC, cap table, ESOP, related parties, GST, ITR, bank statements, basic unit economics and FDI/FEMA (if applicable). Map risks into clear buckets.
Phase 2 –
Narrative & numbers alignment (Week 2–4)
Rebuild or tune the financial model so it ties back to filings and statements; clarify GMV → net revenue, margins and burn; design and structure your data room; align deck, model and documents so they all tell the same story.
Phase 3 –
Defence & handover (Week 4–6)
Mock DD sessions and Q&A prep, a Readiness Report summarising key risks/mitigations/disclosures, and clean data room handover to “banker standards”.

Price & terms

Equity policy
We do not take equity as payment for the Sprint. Small advisory equity (0.25–0.5%) is discussed only after a successful paid engagement, if both sides see long-term alignment.

Most Corporate–Research Bridge mandates fall between ₹3–6 Lakhs per project, depending on number of stakeholders and IP / structure complexity. You’ll receive a fixed-fee quote after the discovery call.

Debt & Working Capital (Add-On)
Who it’s for
Founders with measurable GMV / MRR who want to access non-dilutive capital without confusing lenders.
What we do
• Translate startup metrics (GMV, MRR, cohorts) into credit ratios lenders recognise (DSCR, coverage, stability)
• Help you prepare working capital proposals for banks/NBFCs
• Draft or co-draft your Credit Memo from your side so it reads like a risk document, not sales copy
Positioning
Usually added on after a Red Flag Scan or Sprint, once governance and basic hygiene are in better shape.
Price
Typically starts around ₹75,000 per mandate, depending on complexity.

Fractional Capital Partner (Retainer)
Who it’s for
Only Sprint alumni who need an ongoing capital and DD partner.
Scope
• Monthly strategy and runway reviews
• Preparation of board packs and investor updates
• Support on term sheet reviews from a risk/structure perspective (not legal drafting)
• Assistance on future rounds, bridge and lender discussions
Price
Typically ~₹1 Lakh/month + advisory equity (0.25–0.5%), finalised based on scope and intensity. Usually with a 3–6 month minimum.
